Hi, Spalmoore56. Click on the “My Menus” link on the home page, then click on the “Open Menu” button. Where your menu sits is the menu planner application. If you are seeking the option to select the specific foods to go into each meal, click on the edit tool in the meal header (at the far right), then you will see where you can make the choices from the searchable master list, guided by your meal pattern.
