Hi how many coffees with cream can I have in 1 day??
Hi, Jellyfish1010. That depends how much cream you like in your coffee, and what type of cream you use. Generally, it is recommended to have up to four cups of coffee per day, and if you substitute coffee+cream for your snack, you can have daily up to a total of 1/4 cup of heavy cream or 1/2 cup light cream.
On days in which your snack was something that included a vegetable or fruit, we recommend making up for it by adding “free” vegetables to your other meals – these include very low-carbohydrate options like salad and cooking greens, celery, cucumber, kohlrabi, radishes, turnip, and zucchini (courgette).
