    HELLO I JUST JOINED YESTERDAY….MY QUESTION IS:I AM FOLLOWING THE KETO PLAN.
    WHERE DO I FIND THE AMOUNT OF CARBS/FAT/PROTEIN AND CALORIES THAT I NEED FOR THE DAY.
    ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

    HI SHARON I KNOW THAT YOU CAN FIND THE MACROS WHEN YOU CLICK THE MENU BUTTON BUT I WANT TO KNOW AS A WHOLE HOW MANY I NEED FOR THE DAY NOT WHAT THE MENU SHOWS ME….THANK YOU.

    Hi, Becky. Your menu was calculated to meet your needs, so that’s why I pointed you to that section. According to your current weight, you need per day about 2200 calories, 110 grams of protein, 184 grams of fat, and 28 grams of carbohydrates. Those amounts will decrease as you lose certain amounts of weight (and update your profile and regenerate menus, of course) until you get to about 1600-1800 calories, depending on your goals.

    Hi, new to this! I do not see a “macros” button above my menu. i see Portion View, or Exchange View, Print, Am I looking in wrong place?

    Hi, Kathyn01. The “Exchange View” will give you your macros.
