MemberHi, Joycesevere16. To reach your profile, click on “My Profile” at the far right of the toolbar near the top of each site page. If you still can’t access it, please repost, and I will contact tech support to help you.
To adjust your menus, you can swap foods by clicking on the edit tool to the immediate right of an unwanted food, then selecting a replacement from the pop-up list. Note that you can also repeat meals and even entire days as often as you want. If you are seeking a different type of simplification, please let me know.May 11, 2020 at 3:35 pm #45698bcarey1266
MemberHow do I have my meal plan rated so I know when I’m changing my meals, my plan is still okay?

MemberHi, bcarey1266. The menu pattern is already calculated to meet your needs and goals, and the swaps are accounted for in that pattern. No worries – your menus will still be fine overall. We do recommend that you choose relatively whole and minimally processed/refined foods whenever possible

MemberGood Morning, are we allowed a cheat meal once a week? I can recall if that was mentioned. If so is that mentioned in a video?

MemberHi, Joycesevere16. A “cheat” item or meal once in a while is fine in terms of content – we don’t want you to feel deprived. However, we still recommend to try to limit portion size to what would be suitable for you. What did you have in mind? With a little more information, I can give you a more precise answer, if you wish.
