    i am new to this but anyone knows if i workout at 7 to 8 am can i have after that protein shake than the breakfast ? since my diet starts with breakfast of yogurt and fruits

    Hi ! I am new in this program ! Just wander how many kilos we can loose if we do fasting for 16 hours? Do I need to exercise every day ?
    Where can I see the routine for exercise ?

    Hi, Jazminibague43. Everyone loses at a different rate, depending on your weight and dieting history, as well as physical activity level. If you exercise at least four days a week, that can help – preferably at least 20-30 minutes a day, if you can. Then you may get to where you are losing about 2 lbs per week on average.
    You can see ideas for exercise routines in our “8-Week Plan” (through the “Tools” link in the toolbar near the top of each site page) at the ends of the pages for Weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7. If you are looking for more workout information, please let me know.
