Is it OK to drink tea with milk? No sugar. Not really in to just water.
Hi, bartgib. Yes, a little dairy is fine – just keep in mind that milk is not as keto-supportive as something like light cream. Also, if you have more than 1/4 over the course of a day, it becomes a significant source of calories to be aware of. To make significant amounts of light cream work, you can cut back a little on the portions of your main meals.
If you want, you can post here how much of which fluid you would use, and I can give you more precise calculations.
