    are the portions/menu suppose to change based on your weekly weight loss? I see the total exchanges appear the same from week 1 and week 2..i was following menu 2 and now menu 4

    Hi, joycesevere16. The food amounts don’t change with every incident of weight loss – just after you lose a particular amount. When you lose about 10 more pounds, the food amounts will decrease.
