MemberHello! is there a list of food brands or descriptions that you recommend or endorse? For example, which flour for the SWG pizza crust, or which bread crumbs (if any are ok) etc. It would be awesome to have an entire list broken down into categories including many different brands of foods that are healthier. Thank you!

MemberHi, Meadmlm. We recommend foods that use all natural, whole (unrefined) ingredients as much as possible. Your idea regarding lists is a great one! Right now we can’t really endorse specific brands here, but I can tell you that your best bet would to be to shop at health-oriented stores like Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s.
To answer your questions about specific items, any sprouted whole grain flour would do for the SWG pizza crust, and whole grain (e.g., whole wheat) bread crumbs are what we recommend – it doesn’t matter what brand, just the content.
If you’re interested, we have a couple of videos on healthy shopping (from the Healthy Kitchen series) that may answer some of your questions. To get this just reach out to Customer Service through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom left of each site page. We also have quite a bit information in our main program guide (which you can download from the “My Guides” area – link in the toolbar at the top of each site page).May 22, 2020 at 10:17 pm #45811DavidMBest

MemberHi, DavidMBest. Bone broth generally does not have fat in it at all. Chicken broth varies in fat content, but is generally low.
