I am an intermittent faster who Monday-Saturday skip breakfast but on Sunday consume breakfast at the same time I would have eaten lunch other days. So I consume brunch after 16 hr fast, snack, dinner vs lunch, snack, dinner. Although I tried to create another menu, to add breakfast I had to turn off the intermittent fasting and in doing so it gave me 6 meals and I do not want to consume that much. How do I create a menu and have breakfast choices that reflects this just for one day?
Also can use some direction on how to enter food from restaurants to make sure I am making selections within my regimen?
Thank you
Hi, Nbabyray. I suggest you generate another intermittent fasting menu, but with the “skip dinner” option to give you breakfast choices.
To enter foods from restaurant dining, click on the edit tool to the upper right of the meal header, then select foods from the searchable master food list. You will be guided by your meal pattern, which has been calculated to meet your needs and goals.
