I have not gotten fully involved yet. I do have a fitness center/pool available. I have been involved in water arobics in the past; however, due to family illnesses and trips I have not attended for a month. I will start arobics this week. I need to know how best to use the fitness center. I will be 71 years old in a couple days. No major physical problems except age, a little artheritis, and afib. Any suggestions?
Until you hear from members, I just want to add my 2 cents – it is highly recommended that you tell your healthcare professional about your goals and planned activities, just as back-up for someone with a-fib, no matter how healthy you are otherwise. 🙂
Way to go WELLDONE!!! May I suggest a personal trainer once a month to help you modify your workout and to help you master the machines.
