Hi! I recently was told by my doc to get on a plant based diet. However I am dairy, soy and legume (beans) intolerant. The menu function says I need to add more protein but I don’t know what else to add that I could eat. All nuts & seeds are checked. Any assistance on helping with menus would be great. Thanks!
Hi, BC1740. Are you able to eat seitan (gluten)? That is a major source of protein. Since you mentioned dairy, are you open to eating egg products?
Thanks Ossie-Sharon for responding! I am able to eat gluten but my doc said no eggs. He wants me totally plant based if possible.
Hi, BC1740. So by all means, try to select seitan items.
