I am brand new today to this program. So far it sounds good. I took my survey and said that I would like to perform better fitness wise and I also selected vegetarian and non dairy options (basically vegan choices). I do work out 4-5 times a week with 2-3 days mid to high intensity and the other days strength training. My menu choices have high carb options which is fine but I am not used to eating that many carbs. I know I selected the choice to perform better but in reality I’m not as hard core as an athlete. Are my menu choices still okay for my lifestyle? I’m used to low carb but I would like your expertise. Thank you.
Hi, JoyBrown5. Good for you for being so active!
Even though there are some high-carb items in the menus, they are overall fairly low in carbohydrates. They will still support your lifestyle and improved fitness.
