I am getting frustrated with what I can and cannot eat! Yogurt I purchased
Greek Light & Fit 80 calories. Is this ok? It has 9g carbs? Now I have all this yogurt and it could be a problem.
Hi, slhaley. Definitely don’t throw anything out – go ahead and use the yogurt you bought. It is still yogurt! In general, we recommend that you get plain low-fat or full-fat yogurt, then sweeten it yourself with natural options like Stevia and/or erythritol, and flavor it yourself with your own fruit. Often “light” yogurts undergo artificial processes and have artifical sweeteners that can work against your efforts here. If you like them, though, that’s fine – again, don’t throw anything out!
