    Hi, Amylee1970. On your current plan, you are allotted one snack/dessert in addition to the three meals.

    How do you know what size or amount of the snack/dessert you are allowed to eat?
    Sorry if this has been discussed, but I am new to the program as of yesterday.

    Hi, kayleneriley. The intention is for you to eat everything in the menu, including the entire servings listed for the items.

    Are all the desserts allowed on keto sorry if it’s a silly question I’m new to this

    Hi, juejueandade. The keto desserts in our recipe collection are allowed. You can incorporate many into your menu by using the swap tool to the immediate right of any item – if you click on the edit tool, a pop-up list will appear, in which you will find various recipe names, including those of desserts. If you are asking about something else, please do repost.
