MemberHi, Darshel. To generate a new menu, click on the “My Menus” link on the home page, then on the plus sign button.

ParticipantThank you, but I am a little confused. The breakfast for week two are 4-6 eggs every day. Is that quantity right?

MemberHi, Darshel. I don’t know when that will be, but you can still start on Saturday. I recommend that you have just one or two eggs in the morning, and substitute for the rest with another protein food, such as 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup of nuts, or 2 ounces of breakfast meat or cheese. You can also tell me here what you like to have in the morning, and I can let you know the portion size recommended.
