MemberI need sweets/desserts, how those can be added, also,how do I know the portion size of a meal if I want to make my own recipe?

MemberHi, LilianaD. If you are using the keto plan, the easiest way is to go by the calorie amounts allotted to you for a meal. You can see this by clicking on the items in your current menu, then checking out the nutrition information per serving near the top of the page. As for sweets/desserts, this would be similar – you can use them as your snack, which we often do. Snacks are usually about 200 calories each.
Since you are not using the keto plan, you can match up the exchanges allotted to you for a meal or snack (visible when you click on the “Exchange View” button above your menu) with those listed at the end of our non-keto recipes (including sweets).
If you want to make your own recipe, you can compare the portion to that of a similar item in your menu. If you have something in mind, you can post it here, and I can provide an example for you.October 17, 2020 at 10:25 pm #46901LilianaD
