I have many personal recipes and eat a lot of soups (homemade) not included/similar to in the TDC recipes. Not sure how to incorporate that into the meal plans. Also, I eat fermented veggies and drink kombucha. I don’t see these items on the list. Are these off limits?
Hi, Dshively703. You can use the fermented vegetables in place of regular vegetables in your menu (i.e., wherever you see “Vegetables of Your Choice”). Kombucha is a “free” beverage if it doesn’t have any additives with sugar or dairy, so you can have it wherever and whenever you want in your menu. As for your recipes, you can use them in place of similar items in your menu; for example, you can use bean soup in place of legumes, vegetable soup in place of vegetables, chicken soup in place of chicken, etc. Just be aware of portion sizes of the main ingredients.
Hi, DebbieSue59. I have forwarded your issue to tech support. Someone will get back to you soon.
