Hi all I am new here and a little on the scared side.
I have tried and failed multiple times with different ways of eating.
Any help and ideas to keep me on track would be great.
Hi, Annettesue. The best way we know of to succeed is to ease into things gradually, and allow small changes to add up. That way, your new lifestyle can become second nature without pressure or suffering. Try to avoid jumping in head first and putting a strain on yourself. For example, each time you go to eat or drink something, think “how can I make this just a little bit better?” – a little bit each day can keep you on track.
