Tagged: food amount, new on plan
This is my 1st day on the plan and I feel like I’m gorging myself. How can a person lose weight eating this much? I’m afraid I’m going to gain more weight!
Hi, pjperrine, and welcome. Much of the food on the plan is high in water and/or fiber, so it seems like a lot, but it is not much in terms of calories. No worries. If you hit a snag weight-wise, please do repost, and I would be happy to help.
