I’m looking for assistance with finding inexpensive pescatarian recipes and workouts that I will stick to for my weight loss journey. I’m a beginner.

As for workouts, you can find some in the 8-Week Plan (https://www.trimdownclub.com/sbs/standard-guide/week-1/) toward the ends of the pages for Weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7.
