Hi, I am new here, this is my first week. I have been eating a salad for lunch for a long time. I just do not have the time to prepare anything else. My salad includes greens, lime, olive oil, nuts, raisins and Parmesan. Would it be OK to keep eating it? Do I need to avoid any of the ingredients? Add another ingredient?
Thanks!
Graciela
Hi, Troncha. That salad looks great. If it is filling enough and gets you to the next meal without too much hunger, then you can continue using it as your lunch. If you find that you want to binge at the following or a later meal, then you likely need to add something with more protein – such as an egg, another type of cheese, etc.
