Can we eat corn tortillas? They usually have 10 carbs each.
Thanks!
Hi, Troncha. Yes, corn tortillas are fine. Just be sure to count each like a slice of bread (1 carbohydrate exchange). It is best if you have them with a source of protein, like cheese or meat, or a source of fat, like avocado or sour cream.
