ParticipantDid I miss something? My menus are all the same. There is maybe a difference of fruit but everything else is the same. I might as well just print one week and keep going through that same week. I put down on my choices that I needed a change pretty often. That doesn’t look like one to me. I’m trying to read all the material I’ve seen and haven’t come across any menu information.

ParticipantI am so confused about these meal plans. They have foods that I don’t like. So, I tried exchanging them out for the week. After day two, It wouldn’t let me proceed any further. How am I to print a grocery list when it included all the foods I didn’t like?

ParticipantI seem to be having some of the same issues. I seen a recipe I liked but how do you get it in to you menu? If its not one of the plans you can’t use it?

MemberHi, GaySims66. Many of our recipes can be added using the edit tool to the right of a menu item. For newer recipes that have not yet been added into the system, you can use them to substitute for the main ingredient in your meal. You can also match up the exchanges visible at the end of each recipe and when you click on “Exchange View” in the toolbar above your menu. It doesn’t need to be a perfect match to work.
