    It would be a great help to have a few specific “go to” meals for a type 2 diabetic…Please post YOUR “go to ” as a type 2 diabetic, be specific please & thank you*

    Hi, Vee2021. Until some Clubmembers chime in here, I will note that all of our recipes are appropriate for use in type 2 diabetics. Most even have the exchanges listed.

    Just joined and diabetic also. Biggest hurdle is getting off these carbs!!
