I was wondering about the times people eat each meal and snacks. Especially for diabetics. I feel its important.
Hi, Kimkj63. Until other clubmembers chime in here, I will note that it is recommended for diabetics to start eating upon waking, then every 3 hours thereafter. It’s important to have meals at snacks at similar times each day, and to avoid loading up when you are least active (usually at the end of the day).
How do I switch my evening snack to morning on my daily menu plan?
Hi, Mart41. You can go ahead and just have any of the snacks whenever you want during the day. If you want it to be laid out in the menu, click on the edit tool (a pencil icon) at the upper right of each of the snacks, then select the specific foods you want during those times.
