Hi so today is my first day and I just want to be clear on the amount of food. Am I supposed to be picking like one item from the snacks? It is so much food that I am really not able to eat it all. The meals seem right, breakfast, lunch and dinner. But I feel like it’s a lot of food. Thanks
Hi, Heatherfrey. The intention is for you to eat all of the food on your menu, but if it is too much, don’t push it. Just try to get in at least the dairy and fruit from the snacks.
