Tagged: Soy Coconut milk
Hello I just started with the program and like it already. I am wanting to transition to a vegetarian diet, one that includes fish, not seafood. Someone in one of the guides or videos I saw that soy is bad because it messes with your hormones. On the other hand it is also recommended. I am thinking of switching to coconut milk as I love it but of course, it has little protein in it. What is the scoop on soy in all it’s forms: milk tofu etc. Thank you!
Hi, Blueskygal. Soy is fine if it is organic and you don’t overdo it. The best forms are fermented, such as fuyu, tempeh, and natto.
