    So I’m looking to see how to use tomato
    Sauce as a tomatoes for my veggie servings. Can I used can tomato sauce? If so home much can I use for 1 veggie serving and can I use multiple
    Veggie servings for 1 meal?

    Hi, AngelaMigliacci. Tomato sauce is a fantastic way to get in a vegetable serving, and you can use multiple vegetable servings for one meal, of course. Each half cup (120 ml) of tomato sauce is equal to a vegetable serving.
