Hello, I’m just getting myself sorted out to start the plan and have a couple questions. Can soft goat cheese be subbed for cream cheese? When yogurt is included, is it plain yogurt or can it be flavored? When chicken as an example is included are there cooking recommendations?
Hi, Sharisw. Yes, soft goat cheese can be substituted for cream cheese.
Cooking recommendations can be found in our main program guide (downloadable through the “My Guides” link in the toolbar near the top of each site page) and searchable recipes collection (link in he same toolbar). As for yogurt, we recommend to buy plan, then flavor it yourself with fruit or fruit extracts plus a good-quality natural sweetener like stevia and/or erythritol.
