ParticipantIt’s been over 3 weeks now and I haven’t lost a pd I gave up all caffeine which that’s basically all I used to drink now I drink water following the meal plan and even started working out and walking daily but haven’t seen any results has anyone else had this problem

MemberHi, Angel852014. A couple of things could be happening. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again – in this case, the fact that you haven’t gained weight is a good sign. Another possibility is that you are exchanging fat for muscle, which is heavier but healthier – in this case, pay more attention to how you are looking and feeling and how your clothes are fitting rather than the number on the scale.

ParticipantI’ve not tried restrictive diets before more just try to eat less or healthier but I thought this time I’ll do an actual plan I do feel healthier but my clothes are just as small the food is alot more than I used to eat but before it was lots of fast food caffeine and candy so I think I feel better since I’ve completely cut those things out I just dont know what could be going on
