Home › Forums › Nutrition & Diet › How much kimchi can I eat
I am a diabetic and I’m wondering how much ready made kimchi I can eat. The kimchi I purchase is not canned it’s prepared at a Korean restaurant and they sell it to me in a large container. According to my research kimchi is healthy to eat for diabetics but I just don’t know how much is okay to eat in one meal since it is not on the fruits and vegetables list. Thank you so much for your help see
Hi, AwesomeDanny. Kimchi is just considered to be cabbage for our lists, so 1 cup is considered to be a vegetable serving just like other non-starchy vegetables.
