I am trying to make sure I follow the diet, however, I do not see enough vegetarian/vegan options for meals. I am having difficulties with the menus which has me eating meat everyday even though I am doing my best to be on a plant based diet going forward. I use a lot of beans as meat substitutes and eat even more veggies – however, I do not see options on how to choose vegetarian options on the menu planner or on the 14 day planner. I want to be successful with my life change, but I need help.
