    I know this menu is worked out to suit the right amounts of carbs,
    Hopw can I not eat carbs after 17h00? The carbs makes me feel horrible!

    can I leave the carbs out of my evening meal?

    Yes – you can substitute light protein food instead, such as yogurt.
