Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp. butter, softened
  2. 4 1/2-inch slices SWG or 100% whole grain French bread
  3. 1/4 cup all-natural pizza sauce
  4. 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  5. 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread; place buttered side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the butter.
  3. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Serving size: 2 slices
