Ingredients
- 2 tsp. butter, softened
- 4 1/2-inch slices SWG or 100% whole grain French bread
- 1/4 cup all-natural pizza sauce
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread; place buttered side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the butter.
- Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
