Hi Everyone, I have decided that my pedometer is my best friend ( plus my dog rex). They say you should strive for 10,000 steps per day. I find that as the day is drawing to a close and I have not done my 10,000 steps. I go out for an extra walk. It keeps me motivated.
So if you are having trouble getting motivated I suggest go buy a pedometer, they are not very expensive and well worth it. It is all about movement Yours in weight loss Steiny
