MemberIs it okay to eat the same menu for all seven days of the week? Say I really enjoy Saturday’s menu, can I eat this same menu all week long? Will I get enough nutrition for the week if I do this?

MemberI would like to know also, can you eat the same daily menu for all seven days of the week? Can you eat your daily menu in any order as long as you eat all of it?

MemberWhen I used the menu planner with the minimal choices option ( to the right on the menu) it gave me the same choices for 5 days in a row. Only Saturday and Sunday changed

MemberIf you want to vary the daily menus a bit, click on that little round thingy by the food and it will give you substitutions for that food. I do this often and try to keep my variety at a minimum. It’s cheaper. And it’s a whole lot easier. Helps me catch on to the whole balanced thing, which is the mission, I think.

Still wandering if we can you eat the same daily menu for a few or all seven days of the week?

MemberYes, you can, but it is recommended to swap out the fruits and vegetables here and there.
