I do not see coffee listed anywhere. Is it not allowed? Also I am assuming a serving of breakfast cereal(e.g. whole grain cereal)includes milk. Is this correct?
I believe coffee, black, is listed somewhere on the menu planner. For now, until you generate another menu for next week, any time you see tea or another drink listed click on the arrows to right and it will bring up a list of suggested substitutes. The lighter the color the healthier the choice. Coffee will be listed there.
The arrows are beside every food so if you ever feel you have a really strange combination of things for a meal. You can click on the arrows and choose something else.
You are correct, milk can be used in your cereal. Just try to make the best decision on what kind of milk you are using.
Have fun with your food choices and be encouraged!
