Our orange juice says: NOT MADE FROM CONCENTRATE. Does this make it more acceptable ? Also, we live where there is an extended season for fresh sweetcorn…how to we know if it is GM ?

Are all canned vegetables out?? I have no idea how to find out.
No, canned vegetables are not out at all. If the convenience increases your vegetable intake, then it is a definite “in”. If you can find low-sodium or no-added salt, so much the better.
As for GMOs, there is no mandatory labeling, BUT if you buy 100% organic, by law those products cannot be GMO.
