Types of foods

Hey. I had the same. I am from Australia too and had no idea on many foods. So i just went with the basics

I think with the amount of fish and beans included in the menus, they originated in the Southern USA, but I’m not sure. I’m trying to substitute low-carb Low GI foods whereever I can, and I’m eating more veggies and fruits too.
