I’m not sure about the soup, but I do know that most of the time soup pops up on my menu the serving size is 1 cup. I did just make the Beef & Potato Stew and it is wonderful. That recipe says 5-10 servings, so I guess it depends on how much you’re allotted for that meal. Happy eating, Doryss
