Ingredients
- 12 oz not-from-concentrate organic orange juice
- 1 barely ripe banana
- 1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 cup organic leaf spinach
- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup organic old-fashioned rolled oats
Directions
- Pour the orange juice in the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
This is delicious and gives you a very even sugar burn for about 3 hours.
Buy your spinach on sale and then freeze it…works great in a smoothie.
Don’t forget to add the blueberries or it will look like you dropped a frog in the blender ;-}
