What is popcorn in the scale of things? Good/bad??
I need to know this as well.I love popcorn!
I love popcorn too.
Popcorn is OK if it is without artificial additives. Just remember to count every cup popped as a carb.
I enjoy making popcorn in a miniature theatre popcorn popper, with coconut oil! It is delish and tastes like it has butter! I also buy amish tender popcorn (not many hulls). I have to watch how much I consume, but it is a good healthy treat!
here’s a trick get a paper lunch bag put regular popcorn in it and microwave for 2 or 3 minutes with nothing else in bag and you get fat free no additive popcorn
