MemberHi all – after sticking rigidly to the menu, which is at 88% health, and having had good weight loss results in the first 2 weeks, my weight has remained the same now for the last 3 days. I was losing weight at a rate of 200-300g/day up til now. Is this normal or do I need to change something?

MemberBe patient. Mine stayed steady for 4 days and then dropped 3 lbs overnight!!!

As someone who gets totally OCD with the whole ‘scale’ thing…I would suggest staying off the scale and only weighing in once a week. There are so many fluctuations that go on daily in our bodies that weighing every day can be decieving and also drive you crazy! I’ve been trying very hard to stay off that road myself.

MemberThanks Doryss, you are quite right. Once a week should be enough to see what’s going on. (Still want to see those 3lb disappear overnight, though!!)
