Please can you tell me the difference in dietary means of raw cheese and cheddar cheese. Thank you. Bob
Raw cheese is made from milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized. The cheddar cheese noted here is the regular type found in most supermarkets.
Can I substitute laughing cow cheese for any low fat cheese?
Laughing Cow and similar cheese products are quite processed, and generally not low-fat. Even a higher fat natural cheese would be better for your system.
