Hi, I have a problem with eating these meats at the moment as some medication I take makes my mouth extremely dry and I cannot eat them without a sauce. Fish is not a problem. I have tried mushing up a vegetable to act as a sauce but it is not very satisfactory. The help of the community would be much appreciated.
PS: I only started a few days ago and am thrilled to find I have already lost 5lbs.
You can add sauces – if they are low in fat, salt or sugar, you can use quite a bit to ensure adequate moisture.
