Ingredients
- 60 g organic oats
- 65 g rice protein powder
- 10 g ground flaxseed and goji berry mix or:
- 5 g each ground flaxseed and Goji berries
- 4 g ground cinnamon
- 1-2 cups water
Directions
Add all ingredients together in a small saucepan, and cook over medium heat.
Stir constantly until thickened. If you prefer less thickness, add more water.
