Hi everyone, i’ve just joined this program in true hope that some how i can get rid of all this weight i carry. I am not generally a very energetic person, or a person who usually watches to closly at what i eat. I generally just cook and eat what i feel like , feeling that those meals are healthy, alas, obviously not. I need a lot of support and guidance to crack this one. But i am also gonna try my very best to accomplish my goal. At the moment i am 130 kgs or there about,(the last time i weighed myself) and i NEED to get my act together and get rid of all this terrible fat ! i have also looked at the menu planner, not a whole bunch of veriety there to offer, however will keep to the closest as possible, and keep record of my daily intake. To all out there in the similar shoes as me, i wish you lots of luck, hard work and hope you get to what you want to be x
