My job involves sitting most of the time as a result I snack between meals a lot,how can I stop as am just starting off the TD. Can I take fruits instead even outside the menu timetable?
Yes, you can, and once in a while throw in some free vegetables (see the list at the end of the Menu Planner process). You can also pull a few items out of your main meals to eat as snacks in-between so you stick with the general amount of food. You can also sip on free beverages such as tea or chew sugarless gum to keep your mouth occupied while working.
