I was just wondering what spelt is and swg. And where to get them. Do you need to go to a health food store as I could not find them in the supermarket.
Spelt I went to a health food store and found the ladies were really helpful in finding most of the food i didn’t know wut they were. but the SWG I’m still not sure….I make sure I’m eating bread or tortillas that you can visibly see the grains in it…like ancient grain or twleve grain bread….i figured that was close enough because no one I asked knew wut it was
