    I am out doing deliveries at the time I would normally need to have my dinner. Can I take my evening snack before I go, or take it with me, and then have the dinner when I get home, or do they have to be eaten in the order on the menu?

    It is best to eat when you are active – so have the snack first, then have dinner.
